Description: Mental health and physical health go hand in hand when it comes to our level of overall wellness. YouthTALK members will lead an interactive and engaging group with activities and conversation about the connection that physical health has on our mental health. We will explore and learn how becoming more active, eating a healthy diet, having a proper night’s sleep, how daily routines and goals, and more play an important role in building our mental wellness and resilience. A healthy physical self adds greatly to all aspects of our life!
